Paranormal Inspections, WHY NOT?

For years, HHI has been unknowingly training for paranormal investigations.

Think about it...

Our home inspectors spend every day crawling through dark attics, squeezing into creepy crawlspaces, walking empty houses, listening for strange noises, using thermal cameras, moisture meters, electrical testers, infrared technology, and enough gadgets to make a ghost hunter jealous.

So when people ask...

"Do you inspect haunted houses?"

Our answer is...

Why not?

​

We've already got the experience.

​

We know the difference between settling noises and something that goes bump in the night. We can tell if that mysterious cold spot is an HVAC issue... or if Casper forgot to pay the electric bill.

We'll investigate the unexplained noises, flickering lights, doors that mysteriously open, footsteps in the attic, and that creepy feeling in the hallway that makes you suddenly walk a little faster.

​

Most of the time, there's a perfectly logical explanation.

A loose wire.
A shifting foundation.
A raccoon with anger issues.
Your teenager sneaking in after curfew.

​

But every now and then...

​

We'll just smile, slowly back toward the front door, and recommend that the ghost be included in the sales contract.

HHI has the knowledge, experience, and equipment to investigate the things that go bump in the night.

We can't guarantee we'll find a ghost...

...but if we do, we're charging him for the inspection.
