Pre-Pour Inspection
This is where we make sure everything is right before they pour thousands of pounds of concrete over it.

We’re checking forms, footers, rebar, post-tension cables, plumbing lines—basically everything that’s about to disappear forever.

​

Because once that concrete is poured… that’s it. Game over.

​

Fixing something after the fact involves jackhammers, delays, and a whole lot of “how did nobody catch this?!”

We like to catch it before it turns into a demolition project.

Pre-Drywall Inspection
This is our last chance to see inside the walls before they get sealed up like a time capsule.

Electrical, plumbing, framing, HVAC… it’s all exposed, and this is where mistakes love to hide.

​

Kinked ducts. Missing nail plates. Wiring that took a creative route. Plumbing doing its own thing.

You won’t see any of this once drywall goes up—but you will feel it later when something doesn’t work… or starts leaking… or makes weird noises at 2am.

We go in now so you don’t go crazy later.

Final Walk-Through Inspection
Now the house looks amazing.

​

Fresh paint. New floors. That “new home smell.” You’re already planning where the couch goes.

​

And that’s exactly when we show up.

​

Because pretty doesn’t always mean perfect.

We’re testing everything—outlets, appliances, HVAC, plumbing fixtures, doors, windows, roof, grading—making sure everything actually works like it’s supposed to.

Because the last thing you want after move-in day is a punch list the size of a novel.
